Despite experiencing a few communication barriers, the friendly staff were accommodating and catered to our needs. the pool and restaurant were highlights of the resort, and we enjoyed trying out the bar and diner. A minor issue was the subpar WiFi connection.

The hotel staff were extremely pleasant and helpful, ensuring that all my needs were met during my stay. The breakfast spread was impressive, offering a variety of options including delicious local specialties like sticky rice with mango and coconut milk. the hotel provided great value for money with attention to detail and basic amenities that exceeded my expectations.

Housekeeping could have been better and more thorough as there was dust on the floor and tables were sticky. Moreover, the Wi-Fi was weak and unreliable.

This resort had some really unique and creatively designed buildings, which made for an interesting stay. The lush surroundings and quiet atmosphere were also a big plus. the staff was friendly and accommodating to our needs.

While the design and atmosphere of the resort were impressive, there were some areas that were lacking in maintenance and cleanliness. Some of the rooms had a damp or musty smell, and the drains in the bathroom had an unpleasant odor as well.
